Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated 2 October 2026

In short

Cancel any time to stop the next charge. A payment is not refunded once your access has started, except where the law gives you a right to a refund — the exceptions, and your rights by law, are below.

A person reads every refund request. If something went wrong — a charge made by mistake, or videos that would not play and that we could not fix — write to us and we will put it right.

Cancelling

  • Cancel at any time on your Membership page— a few taps, with nothing to phone or write.
  • Cancelling stops the next charge. Premium continues until the end of the time you have already paid for; after that your account continues as a free account.
  • Before each renewal of a 3-, 6- or 12-month plan we e-mail you a reminder with the date and the amount, so a renewal never comes as a surprise.
  • To stop being a member altogether, you can also delete your account, which cancels the membership too (see the privacy policy).

Refunds

When you buy Premium you ask for access straight away. Outside the EU and EEA — in the UK, for example — you accept that you lose the 14-day right to cancel and be refunded that consumers otherwise have for online purchases. In the EU and EEA you keep that right, as set out below. Apart from it, once access has started the current term is not refunded as a rule — including when a membership renews and is cancelled afterwards.

We review every request individually. We may refund a payment where, for example:

  • it was taken by mistake, or taken twice;
  • you did not make or authorise it;
  • a technical problem on our side stopped you from using the membership and we could not fix it.

A refund we give on a request is of the whole payment. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have by law.

If you live in the EU or EEA

You can withdraw within 14 days of paying for a new membership or for a move to a longer plan — until the end of the 14th day after the day you pay, or the Monday after if that day is a Saturday or Sunday. A renewal does not start a new 14 days. Because you asked for access straight away, you pay for what you had until you withdraw, and we refund the rest:

  • What you had is the larger of two amounts: the price for the days you had Premium, in proportion to the length of your plan; and one month’s price multiplied by the share of the Premium videos you watched, each video counted by how far you watched it. It is never more than you paid.
  • We work it out from your account’s own records — how many days have passed since you paid, and how far you watched each Premium video since then — at the moment you withdraw. Withdraw from contract here shows you the figure before you confirm.
  • We refund the rest within 14 days of your request, to the card you paid with, and Premium ends when we do.

To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract here on your Membership page — it is there for the 14 days when you paid with a card issued in the EU or EEA — or write to support@breymedia.co from the address on your account; we count your withdrawal from the day of your e-mail. The words you tick at checkout follow the country your connection comes from; the right follows where you live.

How to ask for a refund

Use the refund form, signed in, and tell us what happened — it is linked from the Help page and the Contact page. The form is for your latest payment; for an earlier one, or if you prefer, e-mail support@breymedia.co from the address on your account. A person reads every request and replies by e-mail.

What happens after a refund

  • The refund — the whole payment, or for a withdrawal what you paid less what you had — goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank or card provider normally shows it within 5–10 working days, although the exact timing is theirs.
  • Premium ends at once and no further payments are taken; your account continues as a free account.

A charge you don’t recognise

Our charges appear on statements as BREYARCHIVES. If you do not recognise one, or think you were charged when you should not have been, contact us promptly at support@breymedia.co, with the date and the amount. You can also contact your bank or card provider. If you dispute a payment with them, the dispute is handled through them, and we may give them the records of your purchase and of your use of the membership. A dispute ends the membership at once: Premium stops and no further payments are taken.
