Payments and refunds
A charge you don’t recognise? Contact us promptly — you can also contact your bank or card provider.
A payment is not refunded once your access has started, except where the law gives you a right to a refund — the refund policy explains. If you think a payment should be refunded, ask with the refund form; a person reads every request.
